Just got mine. Looks like I will be going on my own :ph43r:

Couldn't get any of the lads to go but don't want to miss it, even if it ends up being on sky the atmosphere just isn't the same.

Sorry but no, only 200 left at 2pm and still on sale to white travel club members today (Friday), then season ticket holders with no away travel card on Monday and Tuesday.

Get mine tomorrow, i've never been to a derby at VP before, hopefully i'm our lucky omen...

How times have changed , trev

My first derby there was 1967 and we (BlueNoses) actually were the majority on the Villa 'home end'.....The Holte End when it was all terracing and one of the tallest and grandest 'ends' in the whole country

The few thousand Villa fans that turned up were forced back by Police in to the top right hand corner facing the pitch......and we simply paid at the turnstiles in those days even wearing different scarves....'Twas about two shillings and sixpence in the old money if I recall .....about 12 and a half pence today

We won 4-2

Got mine on wednesday.
I promised all blues fans that due to my awful away record of 1 win in the past 30 odd games that I wouldn't go but I can't stop my self.
Surely the law of averages satats that the more I go to then the more chance of winning.
Hopefully this time a seat will not barely just hit my head as It did last year, poor bloke in front got hit and split his head open!!

I was in the lower last year and TBH atmosphere was good all round. In the upper this year so any feedback would be good re: atmosphere.

Been away last week and came home to find mine had arrived in the post.

We were in the upper last year, 2 or 3 rows from the back and it wasnt the best seats in the world as you couldnt really see much else of the ground etc as the roof overhung.

Got tickets for the lower this year which before i have found has had the better atmosphere.

As long as we get a result i couldn't care less where i sit !!!!
